Real estate prices in Croatia

According to the press release of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, real estate prices in Croatia in the second quarter of 2017 compared with the same period in 2016 rose by an average of 6.2% for the Adriatic region and 2.8% on average for the city of Zagreb.

Dubrovnik still remains the most expensive city with an annual growth of real estate prices of about 10%, followed by the city of Opatija and city of Hvar.
